Return and Refund Policy: Store Credits Only for Physical Products
NO REFUNDS for Digital Products/ eBooks 

We understand that sometimes situations arise where you might want to reconsider your purchase. However, please note that we do not offer refunds or accept returns for any products or services. Instead, we are pleased to offer store credits as an alternative.

Store Credits:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. Store credits can be used towards any future purchase on our platform. Please keep in mind that store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Eligibility for Store Credits:

To be eligible for store credits, the following conditions must be met:
- The request for store credit must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.

How to Request Store Credits:

To request store credits, please contact our customer support team at info@sazeybeauty.com. Provide them with the necessary details, including your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for requesting store credits. 

Processing Time:

Once your request is received and approved, you will receive a confirmation email containing your store credit information. Please allow 2 business days for the processing of your request.
